ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Member and Friend,
A gentle reminder for the incoming Italian Association of Singapore, Annual General Meeting party which will be held on Friday 24th March 2017.
Who: Italian Association of Singapore;
What: Annual General Meeting;
When: Friday 24th March 2017 @ 7PM;
Where: Montreux Jazz Cafe, Singapore
7pm to 8pm AGM in MJC Private Dining Room;
8pm to 10.30pm Aperitif @ MJC outside area "Al fresco";
2 drinks (glass of house pour wine/half pint beer) plus free flow canapes from 8pm to 10pm
The agenda will cover 7/8pm:
1. To confirm the Auditors;
2. To approve the 2016 Balance Sheet;
3. To approve Board of Directors;
4. Any other matters;
After 830 pm, the Annual General Meeting will be followed by the party with Dj and music, 2 drinks and free flow of canape at 35$, everybody is welcome.
