LoveLive rocks up into our second instalment, where Poptart is accompanied by some of the finest bands, who accepted our constant friend requests, tossed into a bucket of musical alchemy of an indescribable soup potent enough to keep the dancefloor glowing in harzardous levels!
This month at the Montreux Jazz Cafe lovepit, we are so excited to welcome two of the brightest young talents- Jasmine Sokko and Ffion, while your favourite Poptart button-pushers weelikeme & KiDG will cap off the night with a life-threatening rock n roll set!

JASMINE SOKKO is an electronic music project born out of a thirst for adventure. Finding solidarity with non-conformists and their aesthetics, she thrives to encapsulate this spirit in her music by borrowing elements of deep house and blending them together wih ghostly vocal abstracts. Drawing inspiration from fashion, dystopian film cinematography and thriller novels, Jasmine Sokko conveys her music through different shades of darkness.
The multi-talented artist is a fresh take amongst her peers — as a singer, songwriter and producer, she presents her complete artistic vision from songcraft to the visuals in her music video.
Spotify Singapore has named her debut single '1057' "the must-listen local track of the day". The track went on to become the number 1 song on Spotify Singapore’s Top 50 Viral chart with over 300,000 streams. 'H2O', her sophomore release, hit the 150,000-stream mark on Spotify within 3 weeks of its release, signifying a burgeoning fanbase for the young electronic artist.

The odds are in Ffion's favour to become the breakout star of the year. With the recent release of 'I Miss U', her third single after last year's releases 'With U' and 'Over' (featuring Jeff Hue), the R&B songstress turned heads and rose up a top name to look out for.
A little chill, a little melancholic, Ffion documents her life in the form of her beautiful songs, with a desire for her listeners to find a way to relate to them.
With a highly-anticipated EP release later this year, Ffion may be a newcomer, but she certainly isn't short of talent. Watch this space closely as big things are expected for her!
