ABOUT NICOLAS DE SOTO
Nicolas (Nico) de Soto visited 70 countries and worked in 13 of them. Paris to Australia, New York and then London, Nico has spent years crafting libations and working on beverage programmes that has garnered awards and accolades for the establishments he has worked for: Paris’ Experimental Cocktail Club and Curio Parlor, New York’s Dram and PKNY (former Painkiller), and Happiness Forgets in London, just to name a few.
Named in the top 5 NYC most legendary bartenders by Grandlife and crowned the Most Influential French Bartender at Cocktails & Spirits Bar Show 2014 in Paris, Nico recently opened his first cocktail bar Mace in East Village, New York; ranked 28th best bar in the World for the second year in a row.
